Alpha Gamma Phi operates under the philosophies of individualism and community, one tempered with the other.  We are a harmonious community, unified and bound together in the common interest of social, academic, and cooperative and leadership roles.  We are also a collection of individuals, with individual lives, goals and avenues of development.  Alpha Gamma Phi is a strong body, united as a club.  We firmly believe our strength of unity lies in our encouragement of individual interest.
